Depending on the funder, you may be eligible for a payment break and you can of course also discuss the option of an early termination of your finance agreement. To do this, you will need to contact the relevant funder direct, we are the broker, not the lender. If you don't have the finance documents to hand or don't know which lender your finance agreement is with, simply look at your bank statement to see which company takes your monthly direct debit payments.

We tend to recommend that maintenance is only considered when your annual mileage exceeds 20,000 miles per annum. The maintenance option covers all routine servicing and maintenance costs as well as replacement of fair wear and tear items. Essentially, any item that isn't covered under the manufacturer’s warranty should be covered by the maintenance agreement (with the exception of damaged/missing items or punctures). You can take your car to any franchised dealer of your choice. Note, with or without a maintenance contract the car will need to be serviced in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines and in most circumstances at the relevant main dealer rather than a local non franchise garage.

You or your company must comprehensively insure the vehicle for the duration of the contract. Most insurance companies are familiar with leasing and therefore should not be a problem obtaining.

We would advise you check with your insurance company before taking on a leasing agreement. If in doubt we would advise you look into a GAP insurance policy to cover any shortfall. This is not a product that we can offer to you however there are plenty of 3rd party companies online who can offer impartial advise and a no obligation quote.

Yes it is, our vehicles include between 12 Months to 3 Years roadside assistance depending on the relevant manufacturer. Many of the major manufacturers; Audi, BMW, Honda, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo for example include 3 years roadside assistance.

In most circumstances, yes you will be required to MOT the car just prior to the end of a 3 year contract depending on the relevant funder. Some funders will reimburse you for this but in most cases the cost will need to be beared by you. As most manufacturers warranty's are 3 years it is important to get any faults discovered on the MOT rectified within the warranty timescale.

All contracts state that an 'early termination fee' is payable if the vehicle is handed back early. This is based on the market value of the vehicle when you want to end the contract, the mileage covered and the number of months left for the contract to run. Unfortunately the parameters are different for each funder and far too complicated to list. An early termination figure can be obtained at any stage during the contract by contacting the relevant funder directly with your registration number or agreement number.

Your vehicle will be collected at the end of contract, the funder will be in touch to make all of the arrangements for you prior to the end of contract. It can be arranged for collection from any UK address in most instances

Absolutely not. We're obviously aware that most of our competitors charge “admin fee” or “finance fees” of anything up to £500+vat which you're sometimes not informed of until you're well under way with the process but we DO NOT CHARGE ANY ADMIN FEES. The only exception to this rule is the one or two dealerships that we use may charge for deliveries north of Glasgow, otherwise delivery is included in the contract, as is collection at the end of contract.

Yes indeed you can, in almost all cases the cherished plate will need to be on a retention certificate and we would require prior notice in order to facilitate this. Please note that some funders will charge a small administration fee for this procedure.
